Aitkin Community Education

Glad Blast is a tradition for all graduating Seniors! After Graduation, students gather for a night of laughter and fun with their classmates. This is an alcohol and drug free event and a safe place for kids to celebrate their accomplishments! Registration is $40, however families can choose to donate more to help with the fundraising efforts. Parents - we will need help!! Some of the help is beforehand (decorating, setting up the food areas, etc), some of the help needed is during the event (running the fun programs, serving food, security detail, etc), and some of the help needed is after the event (cleanup!!). Please share your contact information if you are willing to help in any capacity!

Join Aitkin Youth Fastpitch Softball for a summer of FUN! The summer is broken down into In-House and Travel Leagues. In-house league plays games at the Roost 2 nights a week. Travel teams play tournaments and some week night games. More information can be found at www.aitkinsoftball.com Player Assessment/Try-Out Day is March 15th at the Aitkin High School gym Rookies (current grades 1-2): Check-in & Warmups - 9:30am, Tryouts begin at 10:00am Minors (current grades 3-4): Check-in & Warmups - 11:00am, Tryouts begin at 11:30am Majors (current grades 5-6-7): Check-in & Warmups - 1:00pm, Tryouts begin at 1:30pm

Join Hayden Zillmer and Jack Pine Savage Wrestling for some extra freestyle practice. This is designed to be a fun time to get a little extra practice in. Open to students in 3-12th grades from 6-7:30pm on Thursdays March 27, April 3, 10, 17, and 24th.
