  • Grad Blast

    Glad Blast is a tradition for all graduating Seniors! After Graduation, students gather for a night of laughter and fun with their classmates. This is an alcohol and drug free event and a safe place for kids to celebrate their accomplishments! This years Grad Blast will take place at Aitkin High School on mAy 29th from 9 pm to 2:30 am Registration is $50, however families can choose to donate more to help with the fundraising efforts. EARLY BIRD - All students who register by January 31st will be entered to win one of two $50 prizes. Registration deadline is March 1st, 2026 Parents - we will need help!! Some of the help is beforehand (decorating, setting up the food areas, etc), some of the help needed is during the event (running the fun programs, serving food, security detail, etc), and some of the help needed is after the event (cleanup!!). Please share your contact information if you are willing to help in any capacity!
  • Elementary Basketball

    Learn the sport of basketball, and learn fundamental skills for development. Some grade levels will have games and tournaments throughout the season and younger grades will focus on skill development. Week of November 3- February 13. Place: Rippleside Gyms. Cost: 3rd Grade -$85- 4-6 grade $100

    Have fun building cool projects and learning about the science behind them. Students will make Tie Dye Milk, Slime, Lava Lamps, Elephant Toothpaste, and More!!!   • Elementary Wrestling

    Our goal is to develop a love for wrestling by having fun while working hard on skills development so our wrestlers stay involved throughout their high school years. Skills learned at this level apply to many areas of life and sport. We work on balance, coordination, mental and physical strength, determination, hard work and personal responsibility. Grades 5-6 December 1- February 26th. Grades 3-4 December 9-February 26th. Grades K - 2nd grade - January 5 - February 25 AHS Wrestling Room - Cost $30 per participant
  • Little Dribblers

    Our Little Dribblers program introduces our young athletes to the fundamentals of the game. Boys and girls in K-3rd will learn basic skills such as dribbling, passing, and shooting while developing teamwork and gain an early love for basketball. January 3rd, 10th, February 7th and 14th. Cost $30 - Aitkin High School Gym - K-1st - 10am - 11am. 2nd - 3rd grade- 11am - noon
  • Youth Bowling League 2025

    Learn and enjoy the true lifelong sport of bowling! Participants will learn the game and enjoy time with friends. This year we are dividing the year into 2 sessions. Session 1 will run from September - December. Session 2 will run from January - March/April. If there is a ‘No School’ day, there will be no bowling. Participants can register for 1 or both sessions. Registration fee includes membership into the USBC, a t-shirt, snack, drink, and bowling for 11 sessions(10 weeks of learning bowling skills and week 11 is a fun week). There will be a discount on Session 2 for those who participate in Session 1. Rippleside students will be bussed to Aitkin Lanes. Parents will need to pick them up by 4:45. Session 1 - 1st/2nd grades -Mondays -September 22-December 1 3rd/4th grades - Wednesdays - September 24- December 3 5th/6th grades - Tuesdays - September 23- December 27th - 12th grades - Thursdays - September 25- January Time: after school until 4:45 Where: Aitkin Lanes Cost: $160 (includes bowling, snack, drink, t-shirt, and USBC membership) Session 2 1st/2nd grades -Mondays-January 5- March 30 3rd/4th grades - Wednesdays -January 7- March18 5th/6th grades - Tuesdays -January 6- March17 7th - 12th grades - Thursdays -January 8- April Cost: $160 OR $120 IF participate in Session1 (discount for USBC membership and t-shirt that was paid with Session 1 registration)
  • Swimming Lessons

    Swimming Lessons with 3 different sessions- Levels: Preschool- this class is for swimmers who are uncomfortable to enter the water on their own and are not yet moving through the water independently. Level 1- For the beginner who is comfortable in the water (able to put their face in the water without assistance). Level 2 - Swimmers should already be able to float on front and back and put their head under water. Session 1: Nov 3,5,10,12,17,19 Preschool 3:45-4:15 - Level 1-2 4:15 - 4:45 - students in this class should be somewhere between level 1 & level 2. Session 2: Jan 7,13,14,22,27,28 Preschool 3:45-4:15 - Level 1-2 4:15 - 4:45 - students in this class should be somewhere between level 1 & level 2. Session 3: Feb 4,11,17,18,24,26 Preschool 3:45-4:15 - Level 1-2 4:15 - 4:45 - students in this class should be somewhere between level 1 & level 2. Place: 40 Club Inn- Pool - Cost $100 per session.

  • Softball Skills Camp for 3rd & 4th Grade girls

    This camp is designed to continue building fundamental softball skills for 3rd-4th grade girls. We will focus on throwing, catching, fielding, and hitting mechanics via stations and fun games. Girls need to bring their own fielding glove. Fielding masks, bats, and batting helmets will be provided but players are encouraged to bring their own if they have them. Parent volunteers willing to assist with stations are appreciated so that the girls can fit in more reps. This is a great opportunity for softball girls to brush up on their skills before the spring/summer season begins or for those new to the sport.
