Learners will engage in fun, interactive activities, both indoor and outdoor that promote reading and math readiness as well as social emotional development.
Quigong is a body, mind and breath practice that literally means vital energy or breath practice. In this class you will learn body alignment, basic stances and a ten form gentle moving exercise. Qigong aims to produce harmony, balance, and a general well-being. Other benefits reported with continued practice are reduced stress, regulated blood pressure, improved focus, creativity, flexibility, peacefulness and better sleep. Comfortable clothing recommended.
