Elementary Wrestling

Youth Programming -
FY24/25

Our goal is to develop a love for wrestling by having fun and working on skills development so our wrestlers stay involved throughout their high school years.  Skills learned at this level apply to many areas of life and sport.  We work on balance, coordination, mental and physical strength and determination.  

Wrestling is for boys and girls in grades K - 6.  

Grades 5/6 will start at the end of November. 

Grades 3/4 will start mid December

Grades K - 2  will start in January. 

All practices will take place at the Aitkin High School Wrestling Room.
