Tai Chi Chih, also known as, ‘Joy thru Movement’, is a moving meditation. In this class you learn 19 gentle, slow movements and one pose. Benefits reported with continued practice of Tai Chi movements are better balance and circulation, reduced stress, regulated blood pressure, improved focus, creativity and flexibility. This inner discipline can be done by anyone. It can be done standing or sitting. Tai Chi Chih is easy and fun to do!

Comfortable clothing recommended. Intensity level – Low Instructor Information – Jamie Erickson is an accredited Tai Chi Chih instructor with a Master’s degree in Oriental Medicine from Northwestern Health Sciences University, Minnesota. She is also certified in Tai Chi Kung, Therapeutic Qigong Level 1, and Karate.
