Adaptive Tai Chi is flowing with music implementing Tai Chi and Qigong movements and using Tai Chi principles of movement and breath. In this class you learn a variety of moves, relax and breathe. Benefits reported with continued practice of Tai Chi movements are better balance and circulation, reduced stress, regulated blood pressure, improved focus, creativity and flexibility. This inner discipline can be done by anyone. It can be done standing or sitting. Tai Chi is easy and fun to do! Comfortable clothing recommended. Intensity level – Low to moderate Instructor Information – Jamie Erickson is an accredited Tai Chi Chih instructor with a Master’s degree in Oriental Medicine from Northwestern Health Sciences University, Minnesota.
